Please read below and be aware of all of the policies. All clients are required to put a card on file for booking. Cancellation Please give 48 hour notice if you are unable to make your appointment. 24 hour notice will result in a 50% of service fee. Any notice less than 24 hours will result in 100% of service. If service fee cannot be rendered you will be banned from booking any future appointments until fee is paid. No Show Any client that no shows for an appointment will be charged 100% of service missed and will be banned from booking any future appointments. Lateness There is no grace period for appointments. If you are going to be late please contact me as soon as possible. Depending on the amount of time you are late your appointment may be shortened or cancelled. Late arrival will result in a late fee. Please keep in mind we reserve the right to refuse service to: Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious. Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area. Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.Business Hours
